To ensure that you have a safe and pleasant experience, certain rules and regulations in place to keep you and your family safe at all times during your visit. Make sure you read them carefully before you queue to determine if the ride/attraction is suitable for you and your family.
Animals shall not be allowed onto the cabin.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the cabin. Cabin is non-smoking area.
NO umbrellas, walking sticks large or sharp objects shall be allowed into the cabin.
Customers under the influence of alcohol and /or drugs or are unable to control their actions in a responsible manner for any reasons including mental or other illnesses shall not be allowed to the cabin.
Passengers must be advised not to stand up and/or to leave their seats and not to lean out of the cabin.
Infants and children below 10 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Guests must be able to transfer to the seat of the ride from a wheelchair with minimum help and evacuated by the emergency evacuation procedures of the ride operator.
Guests may remain in their wheelchair throughout the entire experience.
Average design weight per seat is 175 lbs / 80 kg. Passengers should be seated for even weight distribution.
